Good hotel recommended for Taitung stay

Good amenities and excellent location. Within walking distance to Central Market, Tiehua music festival, Taitung Bus Station, tourist night market and etc. breakfast got good varieties. Spacious room.

Wonderful

Facilities were modern and stylish. Nice toilet and super sized bed. Breakfast was beyond expectations. I really enjoyed the view from the 9th floor of the Taitung City. Close to night market, good location. High end appliances.

The exercise room was really hot, not possible to exercise in there during the day.

Nice hotel, spacious and enjoyable room. Avoid the breakfast.

I had an amazing room with a panoramic view on a high floor. Very big room, tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was pathetic. I expected so much more. It reminded me of cafeteria food. Very low quality products, processed food. Terrible.

Great rooms, great building

Taipei based architect Lian-Chuan Chen designed this building, even if you are not staying at The Suites, it's worth admiring Chen's talents with the refreshing design. Inside the space is huge, the rooms hard to fault.

To reach your room, you need to go through a complex lift procedure, some of which is outside. Evidence of expired Micky (s) could be experienced around and in the lift area. Great breakfast, but if you are looking for western food, this is not the place.

Wonderful room setting and convenient location for downtown travel in Taitung

The room has the size of executive suite and 270 degree city view; the bed is so comfortable! and it's only 7 minutes walk to the Tiehua village market

The underground parking lot is full even during weekday, and you need to take 2 different elevator between parking and room.

Very Good

Room and hotel facilities are clean and decent. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional.

The rental bikes in hotel isn’t in good shape or quality. We didn’t feel safe riding the bikes. We booked a room with one large size bed, but we were given with two-beds put together as one bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Wonderful

The breakfast was prepackaged due to covid restrictions, but there was so much of it and it was delicious. Coffee and tea were available all day. Our favorite part was having a bathtub with a view. The location is awesome and the bikes you can use would've been nice had it not been raining the whole time we were there.

Although it was level 3 in Taiwan, the hotel did a great job where you went through the buffet and put your breakfast in boxes to take to your room. They did a great job! Also, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Only one thing...our room was a luxury room and we were supposed to have a sea view but we only had a mountain view.

Very obliging staff, great location!

The hotel is conveniently located, very clean and the breakfast buffet has a good selection, also got vegetarians. The staff is very helpful and speaks fluently English and even some German.

The staff were all very nice, and quite patient with my poor mandarin! The location is really good, easy to walk wherever you want to go. The room was really comfortable and the bed was particularly great, not too hard!

a very good choice for a high quality stay.

A really satisfying place to stay, a very good choice. The room looks really good, and really comfortable. Very nicely planned and managed with attention to details. The desk is nice and big.

The bicycles are not all very well maintained, for example the brakes really did not work on mine. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfasts since a lot of the food was cold, even though I arrived at 7 am when the doors were opening. So I expected things like scrambled eggs / steamed buns to be warm.
